Dairytown Processing Ltd. produces dairy products and ingredients for the retail, food service, further processing and institutional markets. Located in the dairy hub of New Brunswick, central to Moncton, Saint John and Fredericton, Dairytown receives milk from a collective of local dairy farmers. Fresh milk is received daily, allowing us to process and ship our products immediately. This process gives our products a distinct clean, pure taste. This is what we call the Dairytown Difference.
Our main product lines include skim milk powder, instant skim milk powder, whey protein concentrate, and butter. Though all of our products are known for their exceptionally high quality and great taste, our vast array of butter products have become the industry-standard for uncompromising quality. The Dairytown brand of butter has won numerous awards including World’s Best Butter from the World Butter & Cheese Championship and Canada’s Best Butter from the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair.
Our products are available for contract manufacturing, private label retail and food service. We receive fresh milk 365 days a year, allowing for large and consistent product output. We are flexible with production and shipping specifications, and always do what we can to meet our customers’ requirements.
