Background. HD Faculty™ incorporates the business of the former Haywood Dennis™, sole proprietorship pursuant to the provisions of Section 85 of the Income Tax Act, Canada. Since 1986, the proprietorship specialized in research, development and deployment of management programs, market niche products, and systems.

Nature of Business. HD Faculty™ is a corporate complex that consists of a series of specialized faculties that are empowered, authorized and equipped to study, manage, administer, resolve, transform (‘S.M.A.R.T.”) and bring to fruition their clients' projects and programs in a timely, prudent and transparent manner.

Mandate. HD Faculty™ is mandated to provide a series of specialized faculties that are staffed by seasoned professionals and qualified support staff (collectively referred to as “The SMART Management People!™”) that are empowered, authorized and equipped to provide its commodities and packaged solutions to the clients.

Mission. HD Faculty’s mission is to study, manage, administer, resolve, transform and provide the required services and facilities that will enable its clientele to bring to fruition their goals and objectives in a timely and prudent manner.
