I have extensive performance improvement experience in the sectors of telecommunications and computer-related technology, transportation, banking, health and education. Services include design and development of training and performance interventions for a broad range of learners in classroom, paper-based, and web-based media. More than 15 years of experience in the community, public and private sectors is complemented by academic training in psychology/anthropology (BA, McGill University), Coaching (Coaches Training Institute) and Educational Technology (MA, Concordia University).
