UV Pure® Technologies develops and manufactures technically advanced UV water purification systems. The Canadian company recently was chosen by AlwaysOn as one of the 2012 GoingGreen Silicon Valley Global 200 winners. UV Pure also won two Frost and Sullivan’s 2011 Best Practices Awards – as the leading water treatment technology, and the leading wastewater treatment technology for industrial and commercial use in North America. UV Pure has also been recognized by The Artemis Project as a top 50 emerging clean-tech company, globally and cited for best practices by the Ontario Centre for Advancement of Environmental Technologies in 2008 and 2010.
Since 1998, over 14,000 UV Pure systems have been installed in residential, commercial, industrial, public and municipal applications treating wastewater, reuse water, rainwater, and drinking water. An aerospace version of UV Pure’s technology has been chosen by Boeing® to purify water on its 21st century airplane, the new 787 Dreamliner®.
UV Pure’s products are currently distributed and in use in North America, Australia and New Zealand, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Mexico and Brazil, Africa and Greece. Its customer base includes GE, Siemens, 3M Corporation, Premier Tech, Kinetico, Culligan, and a broad base of leading specifying engineering firms like Veolia, CH2M Hill, Eco-Tec and others.
