 I(Megan Pennington) went on to study at two Holistic Health institutes, and finally got a grip on my own struggles. I continued to follow the scientific literature and various health experts, and eventually developed a simple and effective system for maintaining my own well-being and to share with my clients.

 
Today, I combine my conventional knowledge in Dietetics with a holistic approach –  the best of both worlds!I use my background and experience in both conventional and holistic nutrition to sort through the information for you (so you don’t have to), prioritize according to your individual needs, and break everything down into key concepts that you can actually use and easily incorporate into your current lifestyle. I focus on physical and mental nourishment, stress reduction, lifestyle management, detoxification, and natural techniques. My methods are simple, effective, flexible, and science-based, with a huge dose of open-mindedness and forward-thinking.
 
I incorporate today’s leading advances in science and wellness from a whole health perspective. This means that I address a client’s well-being in totality, rather than focusing on any single element, as many practitioners do.
 
I have helped many achieve their weight loss goals, treat disease, and gain control of their lives.
