Since 1963 Oakwood Air Ltd. has been active in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning business. First serving the multi family housing business as a mechanical contractor providing service and installation to the condominium and apartment sector. As the company expanded Oakwood Air Ltd. changed direction and began manufacturing air conditioning equipment under the brand name HEATWAVE Air Conditioning. The first efforts where focused on manufacturing air conditioning equipment that was no longer distributed by the original manufacturer. Today, manufacturing air conditioning equipment for the Commercial and Residential market is Oakwood Air Ltd. primary business. Providing the HVAC industry with quality manufactured air conditioning & heat pump equipment at a competitive price is our company goal.

Oakwood Air Ltd. manufactures air conditioning equipment at our factory in Toronto, Ontario. Our assembly staff are qualified with many years of refrigeration and air conditioning experience. Our design engineer's oversee ever stage of our production ensuring the highest level of quality standards. Prior to shipping, every unit is run tested in the factory test lab. The units are tested for leaks, secure electrical connections and quality assemble. All performance ratings are gauge checked to ensure capacities are being achieved in our test lab. Heat pump units are run tested in heating and cooling mode operation.
