We have more than 25 years experience in the machining of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Long run or short run production. From one piece to millions of pieces per year. We build our own special purpose machines, tooling and gauges.
We specialize in high quality machining of Rajason supplied or Customer supplied material such as castings, forgings, stampings, screw machine and plastic parts. We also provide tube cutting, assembly, rework, and sorting services. Long run or short run production. We assemble various components using automated and manual methods. Sample components are shown on the right. These include vibration dampers, seating components, hinges, brake pedals and various prototypes.
